PROCESS OVERVIEW
Our loan modification process involves
presenting your lender with a compelling file
documenting your ability and willingness to
pay your monthly debt, without fail, including
your mortgage. During your consultation, our
specialists will ask you a series of questions
concerning your circumstances. Not all
clients are in the same situation; therefore we
do not ask the same questions of every client
we work with. The following is a sample of
some of the things we may ask in order to
determine what plan may be suitable for you:
Delinquency – Questions concerning the
amount you currently owe on your loan, how
many months you are past due, the name of
your lender, how many mortgages you have
on your property, etc.
Financial Obligations – Questions concerning your financial obligations including
recurring monthly bills and expenses associated with your current cost of living.
Employment & Income – Questions regarding your employment status, income levels,
sources of income, etc.
Once we have obtained all pertinent information have properly assessed your financial
position and foreclosure information, we should then have a clear feel for where you
stand and if we think we can help. We then convince your lender that interest rate
reduction, delinquent payment negotiation, and adjustable rate conversion is in the favor
of the investor for whom they work. Their goal is to have as many money-producing
contracts as possible – our goal is to keep you in your home.
